VP Events - Riya Malhotra
Riya is in her 4th year as an BTM major and Marketing minor! She is our VP Events this year, she oversees major events such as Pitches for Pitchers and the Marketing Workshop.
She is a professional burger taster and she loves to read! Her advice for first years is that university gives you so many opportunities, so any chance you get, push yourself out of your comfort zone and before you know it, you'll have come so far from where you started.
Events Director - Emma Durand
Emma is our Events Director this year! She is in her 2nd year with a major in BTM! It is her first year on UAMA and her role involves helping out the VP Events with organizing Pitches for Pitchers and other events!
Her go-to drink is a vanilla cold brew with cold foam and her favourite study spot is the second floor of Rutherford North. She has rewatched The Office 6 times and her favourite hobby is playing the fiddle!
