Her favourite study spots are Carruthers & SUB. She can play the electric bass, and her current hobby is reading. Her advice for first years is to make the most of everything, put yourself out there, and go to events! University truly goes by so fast!
Riya Malhotra
Riya is a fifth year BTM major with a Marketing minor and this is her second year with UAMA!
Her favourite study spot is Carruthers. Her guilty pleasure is watching reality TV, and her current hobby is game nights with friends. Her advice for first years is to talk to new people, join the club, go to the event, try something you’ve always wanted to do. By the end of university, you’ll be so glad you did all of it, even the things that felt scary at first. Put yourself out there and make the most of your time in university because it really does go by so fast.
